Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and resource management.

Manage office operations, including workflow optimization, vendor management, and administrative support.

Oversee budgeting and resource allocation in collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications :
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources (Master's preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management, preferably in the education or consulting sector.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
