Talent & Development Manager

Key Accountabilities/ Deliverables:
- Performance Management: Oversee the organization’s performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting managers and employees through training, resources, and guidance.
- Learning and Development: Identify organizational learning needs, create comprehensive programs to address these needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs on an ongoing basis. Drive continuous improvement of learning content and delivery.
- Training Module Creation and Delivery: Develop comprehensive training modules tailored to specific roles and competencies within the organization. Ensure effective delivery, whether through in-person sessions, digital platforms, or blended learning formats, to support the development and performance of employees at all levels.
- Employee Engagement: Support engagement activities, including collecting employee feedback, assisting in organizing engagement events, and helping with related communication efforts.
- Data Analytics: Analyse metrics to measure the impact of talent and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage budgets for talent development initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee relationships with external vendors and manage contracts.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to talent and development programs, including scheduling, material preparation, and feedback collection
Key role requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating development programmes at all organizational levels.
- Hands-on training and facilitation skills demonstrated at various organisational levels and across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Performance Management processes, including designing framework and providing training and guidance to managers.
- Familiarity of application on range of leadership and learning models and tools within different corporate settings.
