The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of service best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Requires an extremely high attention to detail data
• Action inventory system: Freesell/Allotment report from suppliers
• Release allotments when requested by supplier
• Close out/Open up Freesell as advised by supplier
• Enter block out dates into Tol Admin rates when resort is fully booked
• Enter block room dates into Tol Admin rates when room is fullu booked (as per supplier comment instructions)
• Rebuild packages for supplier if block out dates are loaded/updated
• Run a report and email top-up allotment request to suppliers. Action once response received.
• Record any action made to inventory, block out dates, rates, and packages.
• File inventory emails from suppliers into correct email folders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Sales & Reservation Admin, with related area experience will be beneficial
• Fluent in English written & spoken
• Commmunicative as team player with strong commitment and high attention to detail
• Good understanding of reservation & sales, inventory system allotments, and freesells
• Familiar with OTAs, B2B, extranet, inventory system
