Job Descriptions:
- Ensure that TMCC operations run in accordance with established SOPs.

Ensure all incidents are coordinated and resolved with relevant parties (Security, Estate, Township, Samakta, etc.).
- Coordinate with related parties for incidents/findings that require further investigation.
- Conduct process and data analysis for use in process improvement/decision making.
- Participate in the preparation of traffic management development, including the preparation of related budgets.
- Ensure the safety, order, and efficient operation of all access points and public facilities within the urban planning framework of BSD City.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position or related field.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office), Supervisory skill.
- Able to create budget & planning.
- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
