Transformation Officer

TRANSFORMATION OFFICER
ROLE PURPOSE
The Transformation Officer will work with the Transform Hub Team and Task Forces, and other ECs within SC IDN to enable the transformation, especially in providing administration support and desk research to the implementation of transformation workplan in strengthening SC IDN impact model, revenue model, and operating model towards a diversified NGO model.

KEY AREA OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Transformation Project Management Support
- Support internal coordination as part of regular monitoring and teamwork including meeting schedule and arrangements, in collaboration with the transformation and communications team.
- Support the overall preparation of internal and external consultation process such as meetings, workshops, etc., including logistics preparation logistics (including necessary procurement/reports following SC IDN procedures), minutes of meeting, and other relevant materials required for the process.
- Support the development of transformation milestones report and quarterly updates;
- Support to manage, monitor and report the transformation-related feedback and communications platform to SC IDN team, including feedback form/Feedback Response Mechanism (FRM), Transformation email, and section on Transformation at SC IDN one net.
- Conduct desktop research, documents translation and editing. Maintain the documentation of activities, reports, lessons learned, and best practices from the transformation journey.
- Support other administration and other tasks as required for the Transform Hub and Task Force as deemed necessary.
- In collaboration with ACCM, develop internal and external communications product related to SC IDN transformation;
- Support the overall process of communication/socialization event, including webinar, townhall, and other activities related to dissemination of information about SC IDN transformation;
- Conduct research to ensure the development of best practices related to communication products, channels, and methods to disseminate information related to transformation.
- Support the overall process of SC IDN transition to become full member of Save the Children Association; including desktop research, document translation, editing, logistics preparation for peer review, support internal stakeholders engagement, and another task deemed necessary;
- Other support required in SC Indonesia transition to Full Member, mainly related to internalization and implementation of policies (including localization), internal engagement process and other work groups required to achieve Full Member status.
Support in Streamlining Business Process
Support the process of streamlining SC IDN business process through but not limited to desktop research, document translation, logistics and administration support, development of socialization materials, and another task as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Essential
- Degree in social sciences, such as: management, communications, and administrations preferred; with minimum of 1 years of experience for bachelor's degree.
- Experience in project management, support team coordination with strong ability to develop various documents with exceptional communications skills in verbal, written, and presentation skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Solid experience in relevant administration tasks required to support delivering project management/activities. Ability to conduct desktop research, translation, editing, and maintaining documentation of activities.
- Experienced in communications strategy and tactics, with portfolio of various communications products for broad range of audience.
- Savvy with Microsoft applications, Project Management tools, and other relevant platforms to deliver successful projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and as a team member, working with various stakeholders across departments in the organization.
- Self-motivated and highly flexible individual who can manage multiple tasks, priorities, and able to meet tight deadlines with high quality deliverables.
Desirable
- Experience working in non-profit sector;
- Understanding of change management process;
- Experience in developing communication product;
- Experience in social research and data analysis.
- Understanding of localization concept.
