Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the villas, ensuring top-tier service and smooth functioning across all departments.

• Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and attending to requests promptly.

• Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to uphold a pristine and safe villa environment.

• Manage reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest billing, ensuring seamless experiences from arrival to departure.

• Anticipate guest needs, providing tailored recommendations for activities, dining, and experiences around Bali.

• Train, mentor, and manage villa staff, promoting a culture of service excellence.

• Handle guest complaints or issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.

• Conduct regular inspections of the villa to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.

• Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and guest feedback to continuously enhance the villa’s reputation and service offerings.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in luxury villa management, hospitality, or a similar high-level service role.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor and a keen attention to detail.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and training staff.

• Knowledge of Balinese culture and local tourism attractions.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
