Job Description
Manage incoming enquiries for villa bookings by email or phone call Assist the client throughout the booking process Send pre arrival details to 5 Star Bali Villa guests and villa manager Give advise about Bali as travel destination Organise guest requests when necessary
Familiar with OTAs
Requirements
Experience in Airbnb and OTAs
Fluent written and spoken English. Ability to speak Chinese / Korean or other language will be a big plus
Passion for sales and customer service
Quick response, Excellent communication skills and good phone etiquette
Strong work ethic and team player
Well organized, attention to details
Computer literate
Flexible, able to work on shift, including weekends.
Have relevant background on reservation at least 2 years
Able to perform well and reliably without supervision
