What You'll Do :
- In collaboration with the retail team promote and advocate the continued development of client services to Brand customers through a world class personalized retail experience.
- Responsible for the continued development of the Made to Measure business.
- Through collaboration with retail and marcomm, identify alternative business opportunities outside of the store.
- Provide competitors' information especially but not exclusively with regards to team services in terms of business and customers' trends, pricing, promotions and special services provided.
- Ensure the highest levels of team services are provided and that the customer receives the 'perfect' fit for his body silhouette.
- To have more understanding on brand customer profile, to bond a good relationship with regular clients and build an intimate relation with VIC.
- Thorough knowledge of products as to inspire customers' trust especially with regards to providing styling advice.
- Consolidate customer complaints with regards to product in terms of accuracy of measurement and other manufacturing faults and report to line manager.
- Work with operation and logistics to manage any delivery or customs issues for product imports.
- Role model Brand image especially with respect to: personal image, how to sell, measure and undertake cross-selling of team.
- Ensure that the stores provide visual stimulation to inspire purchase.
- Ensure that all staff are able to communicate effectively to customers on team services.
- Manage sales targets and take actions to meet them.
- Ensure that stores execute existing and new policies and procedures to standard.
- Be responsible for managing company's communications to both internal and external customers.
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in providing Client related services.
- Successfully completed an action plan with evident results to improve business that involves collaboration with other functions as well as in consideration of competitor business.
- Key role in organizing and managing client related events successfully.
- Proven record in consistently providing and ensuring customer service that communicates luxury.
- Demonstrated intimate knowledge and understanding of products
- Team leadership experience includes coaching operational, technical as well as customer care skills as well as managing performance.
- Experience with driving performance and achieving results through cross function collaboration
