Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics and supply chain management preferably in the food industry
• Proficient in warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Proficient in English
• Must be willing to relocate to Bali

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage and distribution product
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management system or software
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies
• Implement and optimize warehouse process and procedure to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Coordinate with others department, such as operational store to meet business needs
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain records of incidents and corrective actions
