We are seeking to recruit for the role of Accounts Administrator on a part time basis.
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:-
· Production of quarterly management accounts.
· Preparation and submission of RCT returns.
· Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
· Processing payroll.
· Preparation of bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices, credit notes and statements.
· Inputting supplier invoices, credit notes and reconciliation of statements.
· Responsible for the maintenance of debtors and creditors ledger and nominal account postings.
· Organising payments to suppliers.
· Project and PO reconciliation.
· Review of debtors and follow up actions.
· Providing various financial data for management.
Requirements and skills
· Experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role is essential.
· Experience with accounting software Xero is desirable.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to €40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
