Dev Ops Cloud Engineer – Technology Services Limerick

• Self-starter and highly motivated. Ability to use initiative to solve functional and non-functional problems
• Willingness to learn new technology and take responsibility for end-to-end solution implementation.
• Team player with, substantial communication skills with experience in dealing with diverse global teams

Key technical skills

• Strong Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) experience, both administration and application deployment.
• Strong Azure experience. Experience with other cloud providers beneficial.
• Dev Ops and associated tools such as Argo CD
• Technical Kubernetes experience in networking, security, scalability and monitoring.
• Core Kubernetes technical skills such as kubectl, ingress, helm, Prometheus, Grafana
• Dev Ops tools experience Chef, Terraform, Jenkins, Powershell, Groovy, Python
• Software development experience git/bitbucket, Java, Go

Beneficial technical skills

• SDLC background or experience
• Linux/Windows administration
• Remote Desktop Service Administration (incl. Remote App)
• API and web services, either/both implementation and integration experience
• Shop floor manufacturing technology experience, such as MES, Historian, SCADA

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
