Accounts Payable Associate

Accounts Payable Associate
Kilmacanogue, Wicklow

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will have responsibility for the following:

Accounts Payable Associate Duties:

Matching invoices & delivery dockets in order to process.
Processing of AP invoices / credit notes on Epos, M4A and Oracle.
Supplier Set Up's / Updating Bank details
Monthly creditor reconciliations for all accounts.
Preparing an Accruals list and Quarter End files for the Financial Controller.

- Preparing the monthly/weekly payment run -

Preparing the commission figures for the various concessions within the Avoca branches.

Key Requirements

A minimum of 2 years accounts payable or similar experience.
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting procedures
Be professional, punctual and organized.
Proactive, practical, and flexible approach to work
Ability to prioritise tasks and use discretion to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient IT Skills, (particularly Microsoft Excel)
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.

This role is being offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months for 3 days a week
