Assistant Administrator (Accounts)-Maternity Cover

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Administrator with a focus on Accounts to join our team. This role involves maintaining the financial records for the Cathedral Visitor Experience and the Union of Parishes, ensuring accurate and timely accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Use accounting software to track income and expenses, prepare reports, and support budgeting activities.
  • Assist with payroll and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the administrative team with general office duties, such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Occasionally assist at the front desk, providing a welcoming experience to visitors.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Quick Books).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and document management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Pay: From €14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
