We are seeking a motivated and versatile Assistant Manager to support daily operations, assist in delivering skin and beauty treatments, and enhance our social media presence through engaging content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Assist in managing daily shifts, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Treatment Administration: Perform skin and beauty treatments as needed, ensuring high standards of care and service.
Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, video, and written posts.
Social Media Management: Schedule and manage posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to implement new strategies and improve workflows.
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role or supervisory position in a beauty or wellness environment.
• Certification in beauty or skincare treatments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
