Frylite Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver / Driver Helper to join the Distribution Team, located in Cloghran, CO. Dublin
Hours of Work:
45 Hours per week Monday- Friday with occasional overtime available when operationally required, including Saturdays.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of the Van Driver to ensure efficient day to day performance of their duties and to ensure that all deliveries made to customers’ premises are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner.
· Drive Frylite vehicles to deliver fresh cooking oil and collect used cooking oil from customers on scheduled routes and runs and assist HGV Drivers on some runs as a Driver Helper completing all necessary paperwork and checks.
· Carry out all daily vehicle checks and report any faults for maintenance.
· Comply with legal driving time legislations when carrying out driving duties to ensure driving hours and rest breaks are within legal limits.
· Ensure vehicles are kept clean.
· Comply with Frylite Solutions hygiene rules.
· Operate when required the handheld devices to record sales and collections to assist with onsite invoicing of customers.
· Report complaints and non-conformances to the Distribution Manager.
· Report and feedback customer information to sales department.
· Carry out any other duties as requested by the Depot Manager.

Essential Criteria
· Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of carrying out multi drop deliveries.
· Must have a full Car (B) License without any endorsements.
· Knowledge of manual handling techniques.
· Ability to communicate with customers.
Desirable Criteria
· Knowledge of food hygiene rules
. Willingness to obtain a HGV Category C Licence or have already started the process of obtaining this.
