About the role...
We are looking for a new Full Time and Flexible Store manager to join our team in Mahon Point. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, vibrant person, who enjoys working with the public. A strong team leader who works well with others would be the ideal candidate to help our store run to its best potential. No late nights may suit a bar or restaurant manager who wants to balance life with a hospitality career.
The Store Manager is a hospitality champion who genuinely enjoys delivering for customers and builds a culture in the store that reflects this.
KPI’s:

• Sales and Production
• Keeping Costs Down
• Customer Service Employee Relations

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team training and development as required
• Stock ordering and control on a daily basis
• Completion of paperwork in line with procedure
• Ensure all areas of store are maintained to the brand standard of cleanliness
• Excellent Customer experience
• Ensure the Health and Safety policy is adhered to
• Ensure Food Hygiene Practices are in line with policy
• Responsible for smooth running of the Store in all operational aspects.
