Our client, a leading supermarket in Ireland, is seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Manager to lead their bakery team at a location in South County Dublin If you have a passion for baking and management experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the bakery department
  • Manage and train a team of bakers and bakery assistants
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards
  • Develop new recipes and products to enhance bakery offerings
  • Maintain inventory and manage ordering to ensure a consistent supply of ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bakery management role or similar
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work early shifts starting at 6 AM
  • Passion for baking and creativity in product development
