Louis Fitzgerald 4* Hotel in Dublin West is seeking to hire experienced Bartenders, full & part-time to work between both the Hotel and Joels Restaurant.
Responsibilities include:

• A minimum of 1 -Year experience behind a busy hotel bar.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a large team.
• Food experience preferred but not essential.
• Ensuring all charging and billing procedures are followed through.
• Ensuring that the bar areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Flexible roster with a good work life balance.
• 5/7 days to include weekend work, Flexible Hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Bartender in a busy Pub or Restaurant environment
• Good customer service skills
• Specific attention to service at all times
• Flexible with working hours
• Career focused and professional person
