The Brasserie on the Corner is a multi-award-winning dining experience, regarded as one of Galway’s most popular restaurants. Specialising in steak and seafood dishes, it’s all about the taste. From farm to fork, market to plate, vineyard to glass, every taste tells a story. The suppliers are local, the menus are seasonal and the wine selection is world-class.
We are now recruiting a full-time bartender to join our team here at the Brasserie on the Corner.
The Role

Demonstrating exceptional customer service, bar skills and product knowledge.
Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
Maintaining standards in accordance with our brand.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Prepare cocktails.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

The Candidate

Available to work full-time.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Cocktail experience essential.
Strong positive work ethic & self-starter.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluent English.
