CAD/CAM Programmer

We have an exciting new opportunity for a CAD/CAM Programmer based in our Dundalk (D1) Facility. This is a busy and rewarding environment and a great opportunity to develop your career within Anord Mardix. develop your career within Anord Mardix based at the Dundalk site.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

CAD-CAM Programming position, based at D1 Facility
Programming for CNC sheet metal machinery: D1 (Amada - punch & laser) & D1 (Boschert - copper punch)
Creating flat pattern fold drawings for press brake operators on site
Working with both 2D (DXF) & 3D (STEP) CAD Models issued from the Design Team
Programming of all Switchgear & Databar products
Issuing parts for product modification (during fabrication)
Issuing replacement parts (damaged/missing during fabrication)
Issuing parts for product modification (during build/assembly/testing)
Issuing parts for site works (after build)
Liaising with Fabrication management team on schedule of work, and urgency of projects
Dealing with E-mail & phone requests from Production management team for repeat parts, missing items, & product modifications
In-person support of all Fabrication departments (Sheet Steel, Weld, Paint Shop, and Sub assembly) at the D1 facility
Providing E-mail notifications to the relevant individuals or division of the company as products are issued to manufacturing

Skill Requirements

Strong IT skills required
Any experience of Amada Designer or Radan CAD-CAM would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
