Job Description: We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy (commercial projects) or electrical systems and a proven track record in sales. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of solar products and services to businesses in the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential commercial clients for solar energy solutions, pursuing leads and nurturing customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
• Conduct site assessments and provide tailored solar energy solutions to meet client needs (note: this requires proven experience in the energy field and a strong understanding of electrical, grid and SEAI requirements)
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Keeping up to date records in a CRM, time management and attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solar technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales in the solar or electrical industry to commercial clients.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and electrical components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Experience using CRM
