Full-Time Deli Assistant - The Meeting House Farm Shop
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Deli Assistant to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our Café's reputation for excellence and ensuring our customers have a great experience. This is a permanent, full-time position, including Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality hot and cold deli products for our customers.
• Ensure the Café and workstations are clean, organized, and comply with Health and Safety Standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including food safety guidelines and dress code.
• Work as part of a team and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous deli experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.
