Domestic & General Property Support Services

Domestic Plumber

Dublin

FULL TIME

· Carry out call outs to properties to investigate issues with plumbing and heating
· Carry out repairs, installations, maintenance and safety inspections of domestic heating systems & appliances, drainage and water supplies
· Comply with company procedures and relevant health & safety statutory requirements at all times
· Maintain company issued equipment and materials in a clean, serviceable and safe manner
· Performing general plumbing maintenance
· Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
· Identify and report the need for major repairs

Manage and maintain resources effectively and efficiently
Correctly use the job tracking system Salesforce
Take before and after pictures of all assigned tasks
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Good fault finding ability
Excellent understanding of general plumbing & heating systems

Requirements;
· RGI Registration or GID Certification (Required)
· OFTEC registration and oil boiler experience (Desirable)

Strong domestic/residential experience (Essential)
Knowledge of heat pumps would be advantage.
Full Driving License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €27.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
