· Carry out call outs to properties to investigate issues with plumbing and heating
· Carry out repairs, installations, maintenance and safety inspections of domestic heating systems & appliances, drainage and water supplies
· Comply with company procedures and relevant health & safety statutory requirements at all times
· Maintain company issued equipment and materials in a clean, serviceable and safe manner
· Performing general plumbing maintenance
· Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
· Identify and report the need for major repairs

• Manage and maintain resources effectively and efficiently
• Correctly use the job tracking system Salesforce
• Take before and after pictures of all assigned tasks
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Good fault finding ability
• Excellent understanding of general plumbing & heating systems

Requirements;
· RGI Registration or GID Certification (Required)
· OFTEC registration and oil boiler experience (Desirable)

• Strong domestic/residential experience (Essential)
• Knowledge of heat pumps would be advantage.
• Full Driving License

Pay: From €27.44 per hour
