We’re hiring a Driver/Event Setup Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated and strong Driver/Event Setup Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves transporting equipment to and from event locations, as well as assisting with the setup and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport event equipment and florals to various locations.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, ensuring all items are in place and functioning correctly.
• Collaborate with event coordinators, venue staff and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain an organized inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and vendors.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
• o have a confident attitude towards warehouse management and pick and packing of products and vans
• Understanding the importance of this job and the logistics is critical to our high quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Full clean Irish driving license is required.
• Valid Irish work visa.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required
• Previous experience in event setup, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as events require.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Monday to Sunday schedule, with occasional weekends off based on event requirements.
