Fountainworks are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our bespoke team in creating and maintaining Irelands leading Fountain Displays. Your work will be based primarily in the greater Dublin area, with some travel to sites nationwide as required. You will be working in a role that has a balance of hands on work with a level of planning management activity. The role will be a fulltime position offered over a 4/ 5 days. Weekend or Night work is not required as a rule. You will be provided with a Company Van, laptop etc
Fountainworks is a leading water display contractor with projects including fountains, pump station etc. This is a varied and dynamic role with a constant changing workload. A competitive salary (DOE) is offered for this role.
Your Duties will include
Planned preventative maintenance of electrical systems on our fountain & pump Systems.
Reactive repairs to ensure minimum downtime for clients.
Respond to breakdowns or call outs
Plan repairs on systems as required in a PPM system and in emergency situations
To be involved in the detailing design and to help for assisting external contractors with new electrical installations on site.
Be Involved in project work creating PPM schedules on existing and new installations.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities in the team on all installations
Be able to act on own initiative and lead our inhouse team as required
Qualifications
Fully qualified Electrician
Ideally the candidate will have 5 years experience in Industrial and control panels
Knowledge of Led lighting an advantage
Computer skills an advantage
Full Clean driver’s license
Fluent English with good communication skills both verbal and written is essential
Good attention to detail with an Ability to organise and schedule work activities
