QCT's SOC IP Teams are actively seeking an Engineering Operations Analyst, Senior candidate at our Cork, Ireland office.

The candidate will work with the SOC IP teams that will drive and execute on all phases of the ASIC design flow for MSM and MDMs at the core and chip-level.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Work closely with technical leaders to manage System on Chip (SOC) projects from concept through to release
• Work with the technical teams and the engineering operations team to create project schedules
• Manage the schedule to ensure the individual project stays on track
• Oversee the successful execution of the projects
• Compile regular project status for all stakeholders and effectively escalate issues and risks as necessary
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring lessons learned activities for the project are completed
• Work on project documentation as required
• Analyse and report on project data as needed
• Work with the engineering operations team on site initiatives as required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.

OR
Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
