Dunbrody Country House Hotel Ireland - a luxury boutique hotel in Co. Wexford. Dunbrody Country House is looking to grow the Food and Beverage team, experience is a plus but not a requirement as full training will be provided and all skill levels are welcome.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving drinks: The candidate must be able to prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing excellent customer service: The candidate must be friendly, engaging, and personable, providing excellent customer service to customers at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy bar: The candidate is responsible for keeping the bar area clean and tidy, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste.
- Managing inventory: The candidate must manage the inventory of drinks, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
- Processing payments: The candidate must be able to process payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions, and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere: The candidate must create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the bar, interacting with customers and ensuring that they feel comfortable and valued.
- Following safety protocols: The candidate must follow all safety protocols and procedures, especially when serving alcohol, to ensure the safety of themselves and customers.

Pay: €12.75-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
