Position Summary: As we expand our operations, we are seeking talented and passionate Nail Technicians to join our team at our new salon in Glasthule (opening early September) and our established Frascati Centre Salon in Blackrock. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to training individuals who possess natural talent and a strong desire to excel in the beauty industry. Initially, you will work in our luxurious Frascati salon, collaborating with a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Nail Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for nail treatments and products.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and high-quality services.
• Build rapport with clients through attentive service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Lash Artist Responsibilities:

• Skillfully apply a variety of eyelash extensions, customizing designs to complement clients' unique features and preferences.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' natural lashes, discuss desired outcomes, and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths.
• Demonstrate expertise in lash extension application techniques, ensuring precision, durability, and natural-looking results.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maintain the longevity and health of their lash extensions.
• Uphold professionalism and excellence in all client interactions, fostering a positive and welcoming salon environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in nail care is required; willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
• Strong artistic and technical skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends(not Sundays) as needed to accommodate client schedules.
