Here at Cavistons 56 restaurant are seeking a senior chef to add to our kitchen team, someone strong and knowledgeable with all aspects of seafood preparation and cooking.

Requirements/ Skills.
Min of 2 years experience in a senior role.
Experience is food preparing and cooking in a higher capacity restaurant.
Good people management skills and ability to work within a team.
Ability to maintain and run a section of the kitchen.
