Position Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Festive Sales Assistant, to join our Nespresso boutique in Limerick, Brown Thomas.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Greet and Engage: Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers, making them feel valued and eager to return.
• Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions, showcasing your knowledge.
• Customer Obsessed: You have a heart for hospitality and working with people. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for everyone.
• Brand Advocate: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
• Share Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and engage customers by sharing the captivating stories behind our exceptional coffee while offering coffee tastings.
• Operations and Safety: Maintain a beautiful boutique environment, assisting with deliveries, keeping the coffee wall and machine gallery stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration and Respect: Proactively support and collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and successful work environment.
