Due to expansion in the Organisation we are recruiting for the following:

Flexi Part Time Support Worker x2 – Respite
Minimum 48 hours per month
Salary starting from €14.93 per hour
This is more than a job; it’s a career that supports autistic people to live life to the full. With nearly fifty years’ experience, Autism Initiatives work positively alongside autistic people, their families and carers providing specialist services tailored to each individual.
We are looking for a resilient and friendly Support Workers to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Staff are required to work shifts on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and may also be required to complete sleep-in duties. You will be required to do additional hours to cover annual leave and absence of leave.
Skills/Abilities required of a Support Worker

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Awareness of Key Worker/ Support Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs Programme Planning Person Centred Plans
Full drivers licence essential
