Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ambitious Specification Technologist.
Are you passionate about bringing products to life and seeing your hard work on the shelves of well-known retailers and wholesalers? Join us as a Specification Technologist and become part of a leading bakery committed to excellence and innovation. In this dynamic role, you will manage documentation to ensure products are always shelf-ready. You'll create and maintain product specifications using different online specification systems, design new labels, build ingredient declarations, handle artwork for packaging, and ensure compliance of raw materials and finished products with EU regulations and customer requirements. Qualifications
· Experience in creating and managing product specifications
· Knowledge of food ingredient and labeling regulations and industry standards
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
· Experience in the bakery industry is a plus
· Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
