We are on the look out for experienced Front of House Supervisor to join us as we open a new branch of our award winning restaurant. Do you have experience in hospitality supervision or a customer facing role? We would love to hear from you!
Front of House Supervisors are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service at all times ensuring complete guest satisfaction on every visit. The supervisor will take orders, ensure food is ready in a timely manner, be mindful that all areas of the restaurant are clean and presentable and supervise staff.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Providing excellent waiting service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Presenting the menu, making recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Ensure closing procedures are followed.
• Ensure the Guest Feedback procedures are followed.
• Ensure any staff and customer complaints are dealt with via correct company procedures.
• Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties.
• Be a team player and able to effectively communicate with Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Inform customers about the day’s specials.
• Up-sell additional products when possible and appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Follow and implement morning and evening cleaning procedures, as outlined.
• Manage any cash handling in the correct and responsible manner. Cash up of till system each night.
• Check and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, toilets, and all public areas constantly.
• Ordering stock, stock control and assisting with monthly stock takes when required.

Previous Restaurant Supervisor Experience is preferred.
2 + years previous hospitality experience is required.
Pay: €15.00 per hour, plus a Sunday premium of €0.50 extra per hour.
