Full Time Baker

Full time, permanent baker required. Experience in baking essential (we have a four deck chandley oven). 6am starts and usually finished by 2pm or three at the latest but this is open to review.
This is a hands on position and we need someone with the ability to lead a team & work as part of that team. It would be perfect for someone who is ready to take on a managerial role in their career.
Duties will include baking various cakes and breads from scratch. Cleaning as you go through the day. Organizing work load evenly throughout the week so that the busy weekends are manageable. General cleaning & keeping HACCP records, finishing cakes & logs and presenting products on display for sale.
