THE POSITION:
Bear Market Coffee continues to grow and we are looking for full time professional baristas and sales assistants to join us on our journey! We have some full time positions available in our Dublin City Centre Stores. The candidate must be available and flexible for full time hours. We are committed to the brewing and delivery of quality coffee by talented baristas. Bear Markets reputation and success has been built by the passion of its baristas for quality coffee and fantastic customer care. The successful candidate will be keenly interested in the science and art of making speciality coffee. The candidate will also enjoy a busy working environment and have a passion for customer service in a fast paced coffee shop.
OUR OFFERING:
You will be working on a La Marzocco Strada paired with a Simonelli Mythos Clima Pro which helps us get the most out of our delicious coffees. We have ambitious plans for the coffee offering in our stores so we're looking for someone who is inspired and energised by quality, and can contribute to our development. You should have experience within a high-volume speciality coffee environment, be comfortable weighing your doses and yields under pressure, and have good free-pour latte art. Just as importantly, you should be driven by a love of hospitality first and foremost, ready to do whatever it takes to provide speedy and personal service for all our loyal customers.

This is a full time contract for a speciality barista available to work 35-40 hours per week on a flexible roster bases.
