We are looking for a friendly, approachable and organised person to join the Night Owls team, who can look after the maintenance issues in our customer’s houses and apartments to the highest standard.
We are looking for someone to join the team in permanent basis, who will contribute to our team’s success.
What will the role involve?

• Laminate floor installation
• Replacement of light fittings and sockets
• Replacement of taps and sink stoppers
• Lock replacements
• Identifying and reporting the need for major repairs.
• Installing CO monitors and smoke alarms
• Repairing roller blinds and woodslat blinds
• Painting
• Gardening

The ideal candidate:

• Can demonstrate prior professional experience in a similar role.
• Ideally, holds Manual Handling Certification
• Hold a valid category B driving license issued in Ireland or in the EU.
• Possesses strong problem solving skills.
• Is an organised seld-starter, capable of working own initiative.
• Is detail-orientated and will be able to report any potential issues before or as soon as they arise.
• Due to the nature of the role, An Garda Siochana vetting may be required.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication.
