General Operative [Semi-skilled labourer]

WRE Premier Developments is a property group focused on buying, developing, and managing residential property portfolios, with some commercial properties, primarily in the Northwestern region of Letterkenny and Derry.

Key responsibilities of General Operative
- Working alongside and supporting various tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers, with every aspect of the building process.
- Complete many construction tasks, including demolition/site clearance, grounds work, installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation, and painting and moving materials as required.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and tools are used and stored as necessary; complete regular material, equipment, and tool checks and report any deficiencies.
- Work closely with the project manager and team to complete projects within deadlines and to specified standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while participating in company training to improve your performance standard.
- Reading construction drawings/plans and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, such as architects, engineers, etc.
- Carry out any other reasonable instructions of the WRE Management team.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A Safe Pass Card and Manual Handling Certificate are required; however, training can be provided. [Additional tickets and qualifications are desirable but not essential]
- Valid Visa to work in Ireland
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Construction: 2 years (required)
- Safe Pass (required)
