A Willi Ltd is a successful Recruitment Agency, with experience throughout Ireland and Europe. We hire out specialists for the pipe, steel and building technology. To strengthen the team in Dublin (22), we are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to provide support to our Recruitment Consultant Team.

• Responsibilities

Head Hunting : Special Trade candidates for mechanical and engineering personal.

• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling and organizing interviews.
• Job Posting: Writing and posting job ads on various platforms.
• Onboarding Support: Assisting new hires with paperwork and start dates.
• Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Employer Branding: Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Compliance: Ensuring legal and policy adherence during recruitment.
• Resolve issues as fast as possible

Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as Talent Aquisition Specialist or other recruiting-related role, min. 3 years.
· Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
· Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Great attention to detail
· Outstanding communication skills
· Problem-solving ability
· You are flexible and willing to take on activities outside of the job description to support the team.
