We are seeking an organized and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Customer Relations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our print and sourcing studio while also providing support in client management and generating print files for the production team.
At Hall Print Solutions we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional print solutions to our clients. Your role will also include working with our staff in marketing www.printpromo.ie & www.glassprinting.ie along with our current customers in our general print and design requirements.
Managing and sourcing clients you have gained through digital advertising along with managing existing client in day-to-day graphic visuals, mock-ups, and job overview.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Print or Signage or the Promotional industry in Ireland along with proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
This a role with great potential to grow within our company and industry. We require fluent English-speaking candidates, as you will have direct relationships with clients. If you have experience in dealing with customers, enjoy customer relations, along with planning digital marketing to new potential market sectors, you will excel in this role
Responsibilities:

• Enjoy working with clients directly, seeing your solutions come to life and deliver for their needs.
• Assist the team in developing captivating visual concepts and layouts for inhouse brochures, and promotional Sales tools.
• Handle office administration tasks, including maintaining digital files and records, and handling correspondence with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by managing client inquiries, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate and work with the sales team to identify potential leads, prepare sales materials, and support the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
• Assist with print production tasks, such as file preparation, colour management, quality control checks, and co-ordinating with production vendors.
• Assist with online digital advertising through social media platforms of the companies services.
