Supermac's Ballysimon currently requires a f ull-time and part-time Grill Person to join their team.
"Previous experience is required"
Job Purpose:
The role of the grill person involves taking charge of the grill area, where all burgers are cooked and buns are toasted and dressed in keeping with our standards. The Grill Person also cooks Breakfasts and other items.
The Grill Person will provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations,
  • Monitor waste levels and ensure waste is disposed of correctly,
  • Ensure cleanliness of the grill station and work area, ensure all food and equipment are stored correctly,
  • Comply with company regulations, training and coaching of staff,
  • Working as part of a team.
The successful candidates will work hard, work well under pressure, and enjoy working as a team. Candidates must also have fluent English and previous cooking experience.
