Occupational Health & Safety Teacher part time, online, Dublin 2
CMI is offering an exciting opportunity to join our teaching team and work as a part time teacher on our professional Occupational Health & Safety Diploma and Certificate qualifications.
This is a part time role that is ideal for experienced health and safety practitioners who can devote one to two evenings a week to teach online.
All our new teachers receive full teacher training and comprehensive training on correcting student work. A comprehensive range of qualility teaching materials is provided alongside the training. The ideal candidate must enjoy teaching/training and sharing their knowledge. Elgible candidates should check they are meet the eligibility criteria listed for this role.
Classes are held through live online classes through the CMI learning platform and are held one - two nights per week on Tuesday and Thursday evening, times 18:30-21:30.
The units cover:

• Health & Safety principles
• Risk Management
• Legal and Regulation
• Maintaining a Safety culture

Eligibility Criteria

• 10 + years experience as a Health & Safety practitioner or Manager.
• A relevant Degree/ or Masters qualification is required in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Graduate or Chartered Member of IOSH preferred
• Copies of health and safety qualifications will be required
• 1-2 years prior teaching experience desirable, not mandatory
• Candidates must have fast broadband either in their home or workplace (more than 5Mps upload and download).

This is an exciting and prestigious role to work with a dynamic education institute over 3 x 10 week terms every year.

Pay: €40.00-€44.00 per hour
