Job description
We are recruiting for Home Support Workersto cover shifts in the Leixlip/Celbridge/Maynooth areas. This is a 20 hour contract and you must have a car. Mileage will be paid.

IMPORTANT: If you have lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months since your 16th Birthday, you will be required to produce an International Police Clearance certificate.

Responsibilities of a Home Support Worker
Each client has a tailored care plan, which will include some or all of the following :

• Personal care
• Light housework
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Medication prompts

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months verifiable professional experience (references will be required)
• Must have QQI level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older person, as a minimum.
• Adults aged 18 and over are invited to apply
• Must be kind and compassionate
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Must have permission to work in Ireland

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€18.00 per hour
