HR Assistant Manager

Nature De Pain is a French Bakery with a passion to produce high quality authentic Artisan baked goods situated in Kildonan Dublin 11. We bake breads for various customers around Ireland.
We offer a great quality of life - we work a fixed roster Monday to Friday.
The position is for a role as an Assistant manager with a large focus on HR responsibilities.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, addressing HR related inquiries.
- Maintain employee records.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Support employee onboarding process.
- Administration duties and support the managing director in the daily run of the company.
- Process invoices and purchase orders.
- Provide employee contracts.
- Knowlegde on programs like Microsoft word, excel, Power Point and Bizimply.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
