Contract: 40hrs Full time
Shift & schedule: 5 days per week between Mon-Sun (will be required to work on weekends occasionally) / shift start from 8am, last shift 10pm
Location: various sites around Dublin City Centre
Role, Duties and Responsibilities:
This is an industrial cleaner position, where your responsibilities will primarily involve carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning using various methods such as traditional hand cleaning both in the interior and exterior of the building, Reach & Wash. Additionally you will be required to perform power washing and other industrial cleaning. Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills for the role.
· Carpet and upholstery cleaning
· Dust, wipe, wash and polish fitting and furniture.
· Window cleaning using reach and wash system
· Use of cleaning machines such as buffer/ scrubber dryer, vacuum
· Be able to complete physically demanding tasks
· Exterior cleaning
· Graffiti removal
· Mopping floors
· Empty bins
· Deep cleaning
· Power washing
· Gutter cleaning

• Deliver a first-class service to our clients by ensuring that all deep cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with Company and Client procedures.
• Ensure that stock levels are properly maintained and provide information to Head office to ensure appropriate purchasing.
• Correct use and maintenance of Company machinery and equipment.
• Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Legislation.
• Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
• Report any areas of concern to Head office

Requirements:

• Clean Irish driving licence
• Safe Pass Certificate - preferable but not essential
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English
• Valid Visa to work on a full-time basis in Ireland
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility- the nature of this job may require you to work beyond standard working hours, including weekends. Flexibility in terms of availability is therefore required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.30-€19.00 per hour
