Sinead Keary The Label is an Irish fashion brand, founded in 2020 by Personal Shopper and Designer Sinead Keary. The first collection came to life after 12 years of working in luxury retail and with hundreds of personal shopping clients who repeatedly expressed that they had a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear. Sinead set about designing a collection of luxury essentials to help form the foundations of a capsule wardrobe, acting like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, enabling women to make better sense of their wardrobe. Sinead Keary The Label is now a leading design house for timeless luxury fashion essentials that have been thoughtfully created to empower women to feel stylish and confident with every outfit. Minimalism, femininity, fine fabrics, and perfect fit are all essential components of the label collection.
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to join our dynamic, growing team and business based in Sandyford, Dublin (Hybrid remote role). We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the fashion industry, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. You will work closely with the brand founder, operations, and digital teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals. Your role will involve analysing market trends, identifying target audiences, and leveraging various marketing channels to reach and engage customers. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing the production of marketing materials, and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role will report to the CEO of the brand and is a fixed-term role (maternity cover).
Core Duties Include:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty for Sinead Keary The Label, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Liaise with the brand founder, operations, and digital teams to develop marketing plans and budgets that align with brand guidelines and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Lead Campaign Development: Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, within budget, and effectively reach target customers through engaging content and promotional events. Utilise SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with PR and Digital Agencies: Work closely with external PR and digital marketing agencies to amplify brand awareness and support promotional activities, ensuring cohesive communication across all platforms.
  • Optimise E-Commerce Platforms: Oversee the Shopify CMS, handling product management, theme customisation, and data analysis to improve the online shopping experience and optimise for conversion. Coordinate with the operations team to align inventory, promotions, and new product launches with marketing campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Design, segment, and analyse email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, using customer data to create personalised and engaging email flows that drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Develop, oversee, and grow the brand's social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, ensuring each channel’s voice and messaging resonate with the target audience. Create compelling content for digital channels, leveraging design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, In Shot) to ensure high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Influencer & UGC Marketing: Develop and manage influencer partnerships to expand reach, increase brand credibility, and engage target audiences authentically. Oversee and curate user-generated content to build a community-driven brand presence, incorporating UGC into social media, website content, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and Analyse Campaign Performance: Effectively track marketing budgets and measure the success of campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
  • Event Planning and Management: Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, including product launches, styling masterclasses, and live shopping events, to enhance customer engagement and promote the brand. Collaborate on event promotion, logistics, and follow-up communications to ensure memorable experiences that resonate with attendees.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify key opportunities to enhance brand positioning in the fashion market.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, optimising spending across channels to maximise return on investment while adhering to financial planning goals. Provide regular updates on campaign performance and budget adherence to the brand founder and financial controller.
  • Team Development and Mentorship: Provide training and mentoring to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ marketing experience, with a strong portfolio of campaigns, ideally within the fashion industry or retail e-commerce.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, quality, and creativity.
  • Proven experience leading, designing, implementing, and measuring multiple campaigns at once across different channels.
  • CMS Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with CMS, preferably within Shopify.
  • Email Marketing Proficiency: Experience in creating, segmenting, and analysing email campaigns, preferably within Klaviyo.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, and Tik Tok Business Centre.
  • Proficiency with SEO techniques and best practices, as well as excellent copywriting skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Expertise in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Cap Cut & In Shot).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management, time management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Full driver’s licence.
