Full Job Description
At boltsandnuts.ie We supply a full range of Bolts, Nuts and fixings to the Engineering , Mechanical and Construction Industry . We are a wholly owned Irish Company and are highly regarded for our Product Knowledge, product Quality and the high level of Service we provide to our customers .
Role Objective:
Principal Responsiblities:
· Looking after key customers & monitoring their requirements
· interacting with customers by email and phone ,taking orders, providing technical advise
· Preparing Customer Quotes
· Pricing Customer Invoices
· Attending to customers at the trade counter
· Processing orders for despatch or couriers/ customers collections
· Purchasing goods as required
· liaising with our customers regarding their specific bolting requirements .
· Promote boltsandnuts.ie. to potential new Customers
Full fluency In English , Written and Verbal is essential. Competency in data entry and computer skills are required.
We are looking for a candidate who is bright, hardworking , honest and reliable with an excellent attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €20.00-€22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
Additional pay:
