IT Network Digital Support Specialist : Limerick & Tipperary
James Mc Mahon Limited are looking for a Network & Digital Support Specialist to join its IT team. The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a modern IT Infrastructure delivering IT Services to the company’s 250 employees across its 17 sites in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The role of the Network & Digital Support Specialist is to participate and lead in the development and efficient operation of all aspects of the business infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines & procedures. This position will be based in Limerick 3 day per week, and Tipperary 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:
Provide support for IT systems and End-Users across the group facilities, including, but not limited to: ERP systems, Finance systems, HR systems, Virtual and Physical servers, LAN/WAN equipment, desktop computers and laptops, communication and collaboration systems.

• Participate in local, regional, and group IT projects and coordinate roll-out of same on local site level.
• Assist with troubleshooting, problem determination and resolution.
• Collaborate within the IT department to maintain the service catalogue and Service level agreements in alignment with group / regional & site-specific IT services.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs. Utilize and leverage Service Management tools for tracking of workloads.
• Participate in "on-call" support rotation.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Act in accordance with the company's Guiding Principles and adherence to the corporate Code of Conduct.
• Compliance to all local site Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
• Compliance to all local site company policies, procedures and corporate policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT operations role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Strong service orientation.
• Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines.
• Open to change and prepared to drive change.
• Required Language: English
• Full driver’s license, ability to travel between sites is a requirement.
• Advanced Knowledge or experience in any of the following would be considered an advantage structured data cabling, Active Directory\Azure, VMware, VEEAM, Exchange\M365, SQL Server, Manage Engine, Darktrace, Symantec, Intune, Meraki.

Job Type and Hours
· Full Time
· Location Limerick City & Tipperary Town. The successful candidate will work primarily from Limerick with at least 1 to 2 days a week in Tipperary town. Travel to other company sites will be on a required basis.
· Standard work Monday to Friday 7.30AM-4PM.
