Newbarn Farm is opening a Coffee Shop on our family farm near Ashbourne Co. Meath.
Coffee Shop Opening Hours will be 9 - 4 Wednesday to Saturday and 11 - 4 on Sunday
Our menu will center around baked goods, simple soups, sandwiches etc.
Previous kitchen experience is essential for this role as is a good working knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.
Duties would include and are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Food preparation
- Preparing dishes
- Receiving, recording and checking deliveries
- Monitoring and rotating stock
- Minimize kitchen waste
- Measuring ingredients and portions accurately
- Assisting in all sections of the kitchen.
- Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean and tidy
- Continually learning and honing skills and and applying them
- Adhere to company policies and procedures,
- Application of HACCP procedures
- Carry out any other duties as required by Manager
