Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Primary role to washing and clean dishes, utensils, pots/pans, equipment
• Maintaining and cleaning the kitchen and back of house areas
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen areas at the end of the shift.
• Detailed cleaning across entire kitchen to ensure business is maintained to a very high standard
• Assisting the kitchen team with general duties
• Multi-tasking various kitchen duties e.g. cleaning, preparation, assisting the chef team etc
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Implementing high standards across service, quality, hygiene and health and safety

Knowledge / Skills Required:

• Previous kitchen porter and/or cleaning experience (desired but not essential)
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €12.70-€13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 26 per week
