The Goat are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter at The Goat, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. This is a Full time position, and the successful candidate must be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Assistance: Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is essential.
• Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
• Team Player: A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to maintain high standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
